Level 26 - New Quests?

Hi Everyone. Id like some help and suggestions. Im level 26 and besides the quests that Simon offers me, dates, the new 5 part weekly missions, and my businesses (Chevier, Hair salon and winery) I have nothing new to do. Am I missing something? I havent been offered any other businesses like the perfumery or St Mortitz. Would appreciate any help and feedback or what to do. Thank you!
