Kim is Still Glitched, Can’t use Konnections App, and No VIP?

Hi, so I’m having this issue where Kim is in Maria’s office, but there’s no reason for her to be in here, all Kim says is hi, next I can’t use the connections app, although I am Lvl. 20, and I did the Konnections triple date task, but nothing, finally I still don’t have access to VIP contacts?! I’m concerned something is wrong with my game...0
