Not getting bonus rewards

What happened to the bonus rewards for finishing the new weekly storylines? We used to get 5 bonus stars for finishing the project day-of assignment and we used to get up to 25 points for completing the storyline of the week. For at least the past two I have not been getting the bonuses.
