TSB web store issues

Anyone else unable to make purchases from the web store? In game purchases work, and web gifts can be collected without issue, but when clicking any of the specials I get a pop up saying “window closed!” Processing in the background….but nothing happens. My account is connected through facebook…is that the problem maybe?
