Android white screen

My game crashed last night when i try open my game it seems white screen i cant open it . And deleted and upload again but it still white screen. İm so sad im playing 6 years my game connected with my facebook account . I wish i didnt delete. Please help . My phone samsung A12

Mine is doing the same thing since yesterday and had my account over 4 years i dont kno what to do i tried reinstalling as well with no luck

My game doesn't open either, all I see is white screen. It's been over 60 hours now. I created a ticket and they said they are aware of the problem and they are investigating it, but no other informations. I play on android 8.0.0

You must ensure that Surfaces is enabled if this grey screen and final grade calculator does not change and Cycles is unable to render geometry.
