Design Home giving low scores on top notch designs

When voting on designs I believe you should have a checklist for each of the two designs you vote on ie: did this design meet all requirements?  Did this design have themed items that matched the design theme?  Etc...... it appears that people voting are just running through the votes tapping on any design JUST TO GET THERE KEYS!!  I've also noticed people are now putting the bare minimum because the voting is a joke, so why waste money buying diamonds etc...etc...to design a beautiful room, when voting is not taken seriously.  
Come on man.....SMH, still SMH........SMH.....
