bought glu credits in event store but didnt recieve it

In HOD, I collected 102 tokens and in the event store i bought 5 glu credits for 100 tokens. No glu credits were added but the tokens were substracted and now i have only 2 tokens!!!!
How do i get the glu credits or the tokens back????

    As it is stated throughout the forums, we are unable to view anything in your account. You must create a ticket in order to address currency/billing issues.
