Hm I don’t think they did because I’m still not able to open my app. After sending GLU about 10 messages and told them that it’d be nice if I were given a complimentary gift due to the issues, I got a one line response back 5 minutes later that said “after an in depth tiresome troubleshooting of your account we’re unable to find any technical issues on our end that would warrant giving you a gift.” That tells me the quality of people I’m relying on to get my game going again are about as useful as a football bat
