Bogus ban

My brother received a ban and they stated he was cheating and they reviewed it and found it to be legitimate. That's completely BS and they are hiding behind the excuse of saying they cant say why.  Anyone ever had this happen? We've been very loyal and dont want to quit playing the game, but definitely will if we have to.

    I’m going through that right now. Been trading emails for a month and getting nowhere. It lets me play the game but my points don’t count in club events or CVC
