Agreed that spins are typically fixed, but in this case they are weighted 99+% in favor of the "house". The Spearfishing spins appear to be 90+% in the customers' favor. A barrage of support tickets may wake someone up.
Ironically, I don't play the dog hunts much. Being held back by the foolish broken spins contributes to this. So far the Spearfishing spins are hanging in there.
I don't understand their resistance on this issue. Maybe a family member is responsible for it. Or irresponsible... It's so ridiculous, I'm embarrassed for them. Great game, but puzzling support.
Just got a reply on my ticket. The spins are "entirely" random. They're nuts. Sad, sad, sad. Insulting response. Everyone, please submit a ticket on this issue. I have better things to deal with in my life, but this is truely insulting.

I cleared cache and force stopped the app. My recent purchase was applied but of course the oto is gone. Now I prepare to enter month three on the original ticket.

The subscption function has never credited my gold when due. I have a pending ticket for the latest failure on 5/4. Customer supprort on billing issues must be improved. It's reached the level of ”absurd”.
Still nothing... Once a ticket is opened, you cannot submit another until Glu responds to the first. We really need an access tool for real money issues.
