Just had it happen at the latter end of level 5. No issues all day in classic but tried HOF and got it. Of course my WIFI or storage space on my new device is the culprit

I beat it earlier without a live boost, gold or restart. Since my live boost I haven't been able to get past Price at 5.9. Not worth the effort for just getting extra resources

@retirepujols I have tried to upload a video of the HUGE difference in lag time on a new android, but it tells me it can't upload that type of file. But as a side note from a different thread...I'd support you and @DFBB as community moderators. A little bit of sugar and spice makes everything nice lol

In regards to the Android lag...I recently upgraded to a Galaxy S10....and it's crazy how fast it operates now. No lag and videos load at an alarming rate lol. Not sure what everyone else uses, but it is night and day difference for me now.

The weekend one is nine if you pull a prime player you want to level up. 50% off is a huge advantage if you are willing to give up the weekend club rewards to use a .3 discount club...easy choice

Got lucky on the 1st box and got Moncada. Wasn't sure on leveling him until I noticed he was a switch hitter. Still went to 5k for the xp and got the extra gold from the field pass.

I was told by CS that every device should expect some lag because of the new update, but thats obviously not the case.

@Tdub71 that's very true it won't seem as bad when pxp is more available, but it seems like there will be 2 levels of lxp followed by a crazy amount of gold...but they will continue to increase unlike the other players

The keeper skills are tempting since they will continue to move up...the prime players now will be left behind eventually

I regret leaving him behind. OF has been such a common position i thought it was a good idea to bring position players over. Seems like everyone who has him kills it

I plan on staying at gold. I play a lot, but platinum/diamond seems to time consuming. The 400 Arenado is hard to not level, and keeper schmidt had no problem at 5.10 Monday. I decided to save the pxp unless i get a great WOH bat on the weekend and find a .3 discount club with the field pass to level up

That's what I was learning towards. Obviously everyone besides keepers are obsolete in a month, but you will never be competitive thinking that way

I play WOH a lot, just don't mess with Hof mode much. Only for club points until I get my team better

I agree with stopping at 2500. I went to 5k this week for the 8k pxp since i had to spend gold leveling a few guys. They make it way to easy to keep hitting the buy button and watching your gold drop to 0 lol

Ive had terrible luck for a few weeks, dropped 5k gold and got baez and degrom. Luck really comes and goes

Yeah, i started lagging a lot once my live boost kicked in. Only on 5-7 and up though

I hope you are right also. Last year the top guys were 425 but only 1 skill, which is a big jump from the progression this year. The lower guys were 355 with no skill.

I had zero problems with sale, but can't get past Arrieta. I am done trying since the reward isn't worth the hassle. The first All star box was already enough of a disappoint. I don't think i am doing to bad overall, my worst is a 325 2nd base Baez, but i have 3 340 3rd basemen and a surplus of OF on my bench.

They actually refunded 800 gold i spent on 3 franchise coins i bought when my game lagged. I was surprised they actually did it. Night and day difference from last year
