Which hero to buy depends on how much you can afford. Kassia will eventually be a great addition to your final team but you need to invest 5 gems/glu credits per level in her. As many of our veteran posters have mentioned, you should always double skill points for your main heroes.

How about costs for upgrading items? I've upgraded an perfect runic robe from zero to lvl 10 and it costs me 322 runes.

I disagree, a hero reset offers some opportunity to replay and grow the hero again. Adding skill points for gems sounds more unfun, its like paying to cheat up your hero. Plus, your price of 10 gems per skill point is too low (from Glu point of view), a hero reset will likely earn Glu more money due to cost of the reset…

The ultimate monster hunter is Kassia with the arcance frost bow and Brenna with Overkill. When stacked, the monster practically doesn't move except for special attacks. Most headhunting missions can be played with no healers using this combo.

The second last level monster has an unavoidable attack so standard kiting strategy isn't effective. You have to stack the healing so that you can heal faster than the monster can cause damage. I disagree. Runic items are not necessary useless as they can potentially be upgraded. As I've not enough runic tokens to fully upgrade them, I cannot say that these items are useless. Rather than deleting or selling them, why not ask Glu to provide more opportunities to earn runic tokens and/or purchase runic tokens…

Wait for through the 15 day gift cycle. There is a +10 HP item given (lol, +10 HP is a ridicuously low bonus) and you can use that to equip into a character that has an item you need unequipped.

I suggested Level 40 for the possibility of maxing out all the passive abilities (4 x 8 = 32 skill points) and the third active ability (6 skill points) plus 1 point in the first active ability. If I wanted to max out everything, I would need to reach level 63. Even investing 150 gems for double skill points per level…

I like this, gives the opportunity to spend some Glu points even after the character level cap has been reached. I've reached the 31st level for my main team of four a long time ago so there isn't any real way to improve them other then getting better items or raising the team level.

Finest Blade is the best for coin weapon for fighters. You have sufficient gear options to beat the ice demon, just need to practise and/or train your party level. Ice arrow is invaluble when facing bosses as bosses cannot be stunned using tremblor so slowing is the next best solution. I use Alia alot due to the usefulness of ice arrow and rapid shot which both have relatively fast cooldowns.

Yea, I'm beginning to gravitate to teams of two healers and two ranged attacks. Late game (south Lerona), most creeps KO my heroes with one or two hits so dodging them is the only way to survive. I've an alternative suggestion that might be more palatable to the developer. Keep the current training times and continue to restrict training heroes to one at a time. Heroes that are ready for training no longer gain any experience like before, however if they gain experience in missions, credit it against their training…

Level cap is 31. Without investing in gems on level ups, you get to put just one skill point in one of the three active ability branches.
