Having a problem with my energy not refilling and everything else i'm working on says 400 some hours to re fill. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I'll post a picture. Glu has not responded in days. I don't want to start over because I bought items with my own money. Thanks!

I'm sorry about your problem roxy!

The customer care can take a while util answer you and the game is new so you'll have to wait, but they'll answer you at some point don't worry.

You can restart the game and ask for them restore your purchase, but again can take a while.

Thanks! I just decided to restart my game. My gems seemed to have transferred over.. Just not my hair.
Wanted to play, didn't feel like waiting for support!
