No Goals?

I'm at Level 20 and dont get any Goals, no calls from Perry nothing.
I cant finish the Weekend Event.. :mad:

I am level 17 and have not been able to get complete the Retro Vlog goal. I have "completed" it 4 times now but it wont disappear from my list and so far I have gotten no new challeneges. This have been going on for weeks. I do get the weekend challenges though.
