Mysterious sunglasses

I see a lot of my friends wearing those glasses and I'm wondering, where did they come from? Is it from a previous event I didn't participate? My friend wearing the sunglasses has like, 10 000 more fans than me.



I'm a glasses lover so I'd like to have them! Can someone tell me how?

Don't wanna spoil too much but you will get it from the story line It's pretty early on in the game too.
