St Patrick day event biggg issues !!!

Game crashed on me when I was collecting the st Patrick day thing after a date n I was litterly bout to finish the whole event and when I opened back up it took me all the way back to box 3 and took half my followers n stars n back to level 15 I was on level 16 plus I won the earrings they arnt in my closet anymore pleaseeeee help me
