Really p*ssed the eff OFF

So I was doing great this time around, since no one would help me from customer support I just plain started over......so supposedly on doing that the previous game is deleted right????won almost all the kiss me event glam except for the hair was up in the ranks of followers with a 5 hour date :coming to an end with 4 hearts filled......to come back and find they pushed me back to the game I had chosen to leave behind!!!! Lost all my followers, 60+ kgems and all the glam I'd earned..... lo and behold STILL NO FRIGGIN ANSWER/HELP FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT am boiling hot angry now!!!!!:mad:

report it to apple or google play thats what ive done before

I've had the same problem and customer service is no help. Reported it to google play and they said it wasn't there problem, go and ask glu for help. Still haven't had any luck.
