Game not loading

Hello, just today I've had an issue with this game.
I was on an 8 hour photoshoot for MC breezy's new album I think, when I tried entering the game to spend my energy again the game took much longer to load and my clothes had changed. And now when I try to enter, the game stays forever on the loading screen. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and returning to my saved game though facebook but the game stayed again on the loading screen.
I play on an Alcatel device 5042W, Android version 5.0.2.
