saved game keeps popping up on my screen?

I don't have a problematic glitch but it's a minor glitch and it's extremely annoying. I've noticed that whenever I'm watching daily videos for free offers (kgems, cash, and energy bolts), the "saved game found' keeps on popping up on my screen. What I usually do is to delete the saved game and keep my current game because it's incorrect and I've deleted my game before when it was unplayable for weeks due to the ongoing crashing/foreclosing issues.

My game is still playable and I'm able to participate for weekend events, but 'the saved game" found is very bothersome to me.

I'm not sure if I should send Glu an in-game ticket or is the moderator gonna help me get rid of this annoying issue on my game⁉
