Can not get pass Brizzy's concert and I want to know Why

I have Been playing this game for a little bit. But once the task for white and gold gala came up i did it. i finish it but for some reason it will not go aways . It tells me i still need to attend Brizzy"s concert at the Beverly in West Hollywood. Everytime an update come outs i try to do this task again in hope it will pass but has not. And everything i have wrote support on my phone with the game my game start acting up to the point i can not open it up at all. What is going on. this has been going on for a few months now.
