Escape the Night clothing?

I haven't bought any k-gems in a while so I've been dealing with those super annoying ads. Usually they're for different apps and games and stuff but all day I've only gotten this one add for a show on that youtube subscription service, Escape the Night. I don't really care about the show but part of the ad has "you" (it's not my character in game) put on a costume. It's actually a really cute 1920s flapper outfit. Do you think they'll ever put the clothes in the game? For an event or something? Because there's nothing about how to actually get them in the ad.
