Can you gift characters??

Can you gift characters in K&K like you can in similar glu games?? If so, how do you do that? My character just became official with this girl she's been seeing and I figured it would be nice to get her gf some new clothes or hair.

the Kendall and Kylie game does not allow you to send gifts to friends and significant others at the moment perhaps in the near future the game will allow us to send gifts to our Facebook friends and significant others.
