Please help losing followers bc of glitch...

Now when ever I have like have 4 or less stars and then the event times out. I always in the end, end up with 0 stars and my followers are dropping quickly. This has happened so far on 2 missions. (Kylies lip kit party and the Versus Vlog missons.) I am currently at 13.1 million. So please help before I get zero or something. I'm on a Galaxy Grand Prime and I'm on Version 2.1.0 Thanks...
