Leveling up?

I've had my character on the same level for quite some time and all the cool new stuff I want to unlock seems impossible.. How do I level up past level 21? Can anyone help me figure this out?     It's great to hear that you're dedicated to playing Kendall & Kylie! Some levels take longer to finish than others, but as long as you keep completing goals and collecting experience points, you'll get to the next level.
