Can't throw a party

I wanted to throw a party in my house, but it said house is messed up and I can't throw a party unless I pay k-gems or just wait a few days.
So I went to another my house and it was the same. All my houses saying that.
The problem is I do not use any of my houses foe parties since last party event which was a few weeks ago already.
Any solution?
