Can't load my Google Play saved game.

So I've been playing Kendall & Kylie game for a few weeks now and everything was perfect until yesterday. I turn on the game and get a message saying that I have reached the next kred level, so I pick "ok" but then there's the beginning of game where you start and custom your character. So I've tried using my Google Play saved game and it even shows me my character but then when I pick 'use saved game' it just brings back to the beginning.
Please help, what do I do?

Do you have your game ID saved somewhere, that will be useful. Take screenshot of the page where it shows your game save, or anything that helps explain your problem better. Then submit an in-game ticket. ≡ > Help > Glu Support > Contact Us
