Party icon wont appear! Urgent help please!

Hello.
Im trying to throw parties but the party icon wont appear on my houses. Neither does the new option to invite celebrities to help with the parties.
When I joined a friends party, the start wouldnt show so that party failed because of me. So did one of mine. Two parties failed because of me. Im a very active member and I love helping out my krew members and Id like to keep doing so. Pretty please help. Id really appreciate it!

P.S.: I read in the forum that leaving and joining again the krew might solve the problem but the leader of the krew is not active at the moment so she cant accept me back if I leave.
