No party button

Last night I went to throw a krew party in my Montreal home and it said the party couldn't be started, so I pressed the party button again and it told me a party was already going on. But there were no tasks for it. Now the party button has disappeared entirely from that house AND all my other houses. Making it hard to compete in the krew event. I contacted Glu support but have gotten no response and probably won't until days after the event is over.
