Gift boxes

I had 99 boxes and suddenly after finishing a party it says 10 but when i exit out and go back in game 99 boxes pop up and then it goes back to saying 10, it also keeps saying error encounter when it comes to entering chat and viewing posts and it says error encounter whenever i try to RSVP people party . I haven't opened any of my gift boxes so idk what's going on. Every time there's a krewgoal i seem to have an issue I've cleared cache uninstalled and restarted device and reinstalled game still didn't change anything any help would be nice.
