Lost some clothes, cash & kgems!

I have so much problems with this app but I still love it haha 💕

Here are my problems:

I backed up this app (KKG) on my old phone and I just transferred it to my new phone. When I opened the app, I lost some clothes that I got from Work It events and dating events. Is there a way to get them back?

Next problem is I had to delete my game because of a glitch hoping to fix it but when I came back to my game, I only get $7 and 20gems. I used to have 11,000+ cash and 309gems. How do I fix this?

Do you still have it on your old phone? If so, I'd play a little on the old phone and try the transfer again. If this is not a possibility, contact customer care. Include your old id# if you have it, as well as the new. Good luck.
