Where my eventes and giftboxes?

Hello, i was upgraded my k&k for 2.6.0, and on the start all ok, and i send an email for you, if I can change my name, and today i was entering and appears a message saying that i was using something wrong, and I lost my events, my krew, my progress in the krew goals, and the giftboxes, why you did that? I never used nothing, no one hacks, its make me angry, i back to play this game recently and you do this, i have many of prints since i started playing again this game and I NEVER USED NOTHING
