Can i get some help please

So, my events, krew and giftbox desappear, its all okay when i was downloaded the v2.6.0, i was playing normal, but in the 12/17/2016 i was opened my game and i was trying to enter in the krew chat and giftboxes and it was not going so I unistall the game and install again, when i did this, the giftboxes, events, krew, dessapear and a message appear on the start saying "We have detected and corrected a discrepancy in your save data. If you think this is in error, please contact custumer support" i dont lose money and kgems, but i lose the kres, giftboxes and events. im sad bc i lost the krewgoals all my progress.

AND TODAY I RESTART THE GAME AND I DID A NEW GAME BUT STILL DOESNT APPEARING THE GIFTBOXES, KREW, EVENTS ETC!!!!! WHAT F*** HAPPEN????
