Cannot contact GLU on game and krew, gift box disappearance.

I am having trouble again...
My krew and daily box/gift has disappeared and I can't do the event(which is a shame I almost got the outfit and hair)
Event stopped at that point on the screen shot and won't go up.
I'll keep trying to do dates so maybe you guys could give me the items I really want.

    It isn't a smart idea to post your ID on here since that can give hackers the opportunity to hack your game

    After sending glu an email my account has been investigated and fixed 😊
