i paid but no k-gems

i paid some cash but could not receive any kgems,
presents are given immediately but k-gems are not!
i just need the k-gems so
still waiting didn't use any of them(the presents)

i sent a massage to glu (with screenshots) but the problem is not solved yet,
I've already done everything they (automatically) told me what i have to do. what should i do more? just wait?

their bugs are eat my money, again!

I'm sorry this happened. Before pmming her, when was your last contact with customer care? They asked you to provide some information, and you replied. How long ago did you respond to them? If you give me more information, I might suggest something else.

i purchased 29 hours ago, sent massages immediately and they replied 23hours ago (automatical response) still no k-gems :-(
