What I'd advice you to do is contact customer care & they'll get back to you as soon as they can

Same to me... I TRY to enter to my game and they don't find my account, first I submit a ticked for an issue with my krew, then I desinstall the game and reinstall and when I try to load the game from "saved game" I couldn't.. Pleaseee.. I DO NOT WHAT TO DO.. Because my ticket was for another issue. And now I don't have the game, I write to kalinda but I don't know if I going to have response
