My game data is lost

My game wasn't working right, so I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Usually I can just get my save data back, but it didn't work. I don't want to lose all that hard work. What do I do?

I've gotten this error twice, and both times I wasn't able to get my save back. I sent glu support my game ID but they said there was no saving it /:

they might not have been able to retrieve my save probably because I only connected my game to my Google play, I'm not sure if connecting to Facebook helps?

I lost all my progress but they were able to give me back my purchases at the very least. sorry this happened to you too /:

Did you all contact GLU? This happened to me and of course as usual they never helped me either had to restart cause that is what they will end up suggesting you to do after you wait patiently for weeks
