Giftbox and Krew disappeared for the 2nd time

Hello! My giftbox and krew disappeared for the 2nd time and I tried contacting Glu's Customer Service in the game but it's been 5 days and they still haven't replied. I don't have a hack and I only play the game on my iPhone so it's not like I'm using it in multiple devices.

Has anyone had issues like this before and how did you resolve it? I need help! I really hope I get it back before the weekend event. I wanna participate in it

it happens all the time to a lot of players. glu probably won't do much aside from tell you its bc you have a bad wifi.
