Time on my clothes?

Underneath individual clothing items there seems to be a time, I'm not exactly clear what for but it says for example "2d 1h" and I don't get it? Is this a time limit before my clothes expire?

Hi there! That timer will show up under clothes that you wore to a house party. As 'you can't be seen in the same outfit twice' that timer shows you when you can wear those outfits again to a party.
