The leader of my KREW has been deleted from me

There was a Glitch in my game. I did the trouble shoot . Restart. And leave my KREW and when my leader asked me back. I have all of my contacts but her. I can only see her in chat room but if she attends a party for me.. I can see everyone but her. It's like a ghost has attended my party. So she isn't in my list of friends or contacts. Just in chat room. I contacted support and their answer was to add her to Facebook friends which I'm not signed up under Facebook.. especially with all the glitches. Do you think if we met somewhere we could become friends again. I dunno. Has to be a better answer. Just asking some friendly advice. I want to keep her around and find it odd that it's just her. I've given it a few weeks. Thank you so much with any advice.
