Game won't load

I'm pretty far in my Kendall and Kylie app but everytime I go to open the app now it wants me to start a new game. When I go to use my saved game it's there and I click it, it tries to load and then right back to making a new character. I don't want to lose all my stuff I had from getting so far. Help please!
