Krew members not loading.

So I joined a new krew and the members will not load. It says friend and shows a picture of my doll. Due to this, I can’t send kred, go to parties or even see who is talking. It’s a huge bummer cause who would want me in their krew now?! I don’t want to restart since I’ve been playing for over a year and have spend some money. I tried leaving the krew and rejoined. I’ve never been in this krew so it’s not because I’ve removed them from my contact list. I deleted the entire game and downloaded the game again. Any suggestions would be amazing right now. I adore this game and honestly am scared I’d have to start over. ??

You may have done this already but, have you tried deleting your cashe for the app and other apps on your device? Also force stopping other apps helps me too. Anyway hope this helps if not it sounds like you might have to submit a ticket to Glu. Good Luck?
