A few weeks ago I opened a throwback box and got 480 k gems and then my game was closed out and I went back on and the 480 k gems I won were gone and Instead I had like 60 energy. So, I started screen shotting my k gems every time I won gems in a TB box in case it happened again and it did! So I sent a screen shot of the k gems I had after opening the box and the screenshot of when I went back into the game and the k gems were gone and my energy up to glu support. Guess what they responded? They responded saying I cheating and I need to refrain from cheating in the future! This game is ridiculous! I've been playing for years and despite the fact that they haven't updated the game and I'm all out of story lines and received all of the TB items I still continue to play! This is so unfair!
