Game crashing!

Hi guys; it’s been awhile but I’m returning to the forum because the game keeps crashing and it’s not loading. I know we haven’t had an update for a long time but I’d like to be able to play and keep my progress. I already deleted the game and installed again, but it’s not loading. I’m using iPhone X.
I hope it gets fixed. Thanks.
