Cannot find my save

I just got a new phone (and have already factory reset the old one) and I went to play the game and it had reset the whole thing. I expected that to happen since it’s a new phone but when I logged into game centre and facebook, my save wasn’t showing up!! This is really frustrating and if there is a fix I would very much appreciate it since I have been playing for years and was really happy with my progress
