Gems and Energy glitch

I had just purchased the $19.99 gem pack.   Then I bought two wardrobe items.  When I bought the second item, my gems went from 1871 to 0 K-gems, and my energy went from 15 to 132.  How can I get refunded for this.  Now I am out $20.
