Freezing & crashing game

My game keeps crashing and freezing.
I can't communicate with my krew because of the constantly frozen keyboard.
Now I don't receive invitations to parties anymore: RPSV button doesn't show up, only kred.
I can't even submit a ticket - keyboard frozen there as well!
Last but not least the drainage of the battery is outrageous!!!

    Hi. If you're still having this issue, if you're android I would clear cache from settings, And you can see if the suggestions up in FAQs help at all. If you are able to, I'd submit an ingame ticket to Customer Care, tell them when this started happening, what steps you've taken to correct it, and come back and let us know how it turns out. Also, I'd look around these threads, and see if I found a similiar issue, and what steps might have helped. Sorry I can't help more. Good luck, and very sorry you're crashing.
