Kicked from Krew and gift box gone again!

Started a new game after being kicked from my last one and again it has kicked me and removed the gift boxes..Not happy that it's happened twice now..Cant find my original post on here. Any idea what we have to do to get it back?

    Had a PM chat..Told game should now be okay hours ago..Still missing my Krew and gift boxes...
