It's suggested that you make sure you play with a strong wifi connection, and 2 GBs room on the device. But if you open a support ticket and include the screenshot, that's your best bet. I also have this problem. If it won't be solved soon and get full refund for what I lost then I will quit the game. Moreover people lose their trust and their passion for the game.
