Gift boxes frozen

Spend gem to buy energy and finish the Mission to get the second gift box, but when it opened the box the game froze. Now it shows that I got the gift but did not receive anything. what can I do?

take a screenshot, and submit it to customer care (||| >help>glu support) from the app. I'm sorry this happened. It's suggested that you make sure you play with a strong wifi connection, and 2 GBs room on the device. But if you open a support ticket and include the screenshot, that's your best bet. Fingers Crossed.

I also have this problem. If it won't be solved soon and get full refund for what I lost then I will quit the game. Moreover people lose their trust and their passion for the game.

I understand your frustration. But please send a screenshot and explain your situation to Customer Care. I'm sorry you're going through this.
