Well, with the excitement of Oscars Behind us, tomorrow morning we'll be up bright and early to Start our next event. We'll be busy all about who won, who lost, and how great the party was. My dilemma in starting this thread, we've got excitement of Oscar Buzz still all around us. That event is tonight, but how do we talk about tomorrows? I know what to do. We'll grab Kim.

I don't think she's up yet. Anyone know if she's doing the carpet tonight? Should we let her sleep?

Well, it's Sunday Morning and the free world is gearing up for the Oscars,
but when the event starts the Oscars will be over. So.........
do we refer to the awards as 'last night' or wait a minute.
Maybe we just won't refer to them at all. Kim, you're brilliant.

No, we'd need you anyway to start things off, and if I recall,
way back in 2014 or something you mentioned that on the morning of the Oscars,
of 2018 you would spill the tea,
share the spoilers,
toss the teasers.......

I'm so low on K-stars this week after spending them for the SYS event and on some of the new hair from the update, so I'm hoping that whatever it is, I manage to win some K-stars in the boxes this week. The past few weeks I've received cash in nearly every box...😭

I'm still waiting for the update so I don't know if I get the event. I only got 1/2 of the weekend stuff I was supposed to get so I'm not getting my hopes up. I do notice though that featured items box finally disappeared the way it's supposed to before an update.

Well I over slept this morning. Everybody good? I think i'lll let Apple sleep ....her prizes are 3 GBs and 20 Stars because she has all the TB prizes. The Androids will be working their chapel length trains off.

Wait, what? 5 days 15 hours? Ok, 1st we're sure that'she a big mistake, next I'll calculate when that would take us up to. Saturally , 9-10PMish Eastern time. We'll hammer it down later this morning. I'mean sure it runs to the regular time, Thursday evening.

Sorry that's not true. The WeekDay event (no longer midweek, because it starts Monday) does Not usually run 5 days. They begin on Monday 5 a.m. Eastern time, and run 3 days up till Thursday 10pm Eastern.
With the timer now displaying 5 days and 14 hours....that would have the Weekday event running till Saturday 10 pm Eastern.
Our Weekend event begins on Friday. That will not happen with the Weekday event still running.
I notified glu of the discrepancy, and I'm sure it will be corrected. Our WeekDay events run 3 days and some hours, not 5days and some hours. Sorry.

I opened my game once I got to work and got a notification that my outfit won and I got event points. I haven't submitted a look since I earned everything Saturday night so v. interesting. My game is being pretty wacky anyway. I think I've somehow blocked it from using wifi at home. Is that even possible? Because I get connection errors unless I take it off wifi yet it works on wifi everywhere else. Things to ponder...

Edit: I was lucky that I jumpedfrom level 42 to 43 thus gained another full bar of energy to play with.

That's what I was thinking, but I cannot find a setting anywhere (both on the app and wifi settings) that would block just the one app from what I can tell. Every other app works fine. And it's only sometimes... like this morning I was on wifi and game worked perfectly.

The only thing I can think, under app permissions the only thing that's checked is Storage. Location and Phone are not checked... not sure what the default is but that's not anything I would've purposely changed. Could've done it by accident though. For those with Android, what does your permissions say?

Congrats, @klena! Your palette looks so good with so many goodies. I wish Glu will add more new TB accessories in the black/gold boxes for players who have already gotten all the TB accessories that was added in the first 3 weekday event boxes. It’s boring to see just energy and Kash boxes.

Hi ladies it’s my first time posting here but I’m just wondering if I’m the only one who hasn’t received the event today? I saw it had a time glitch so I was thinking that maybe they took it down to fix it but I haven’t had it show up at all today. Really hoping I don’t miss out on the event. 😞
