I really want to see a separate daily box for vip members. It should only contain VIP tiles and dyes, (champagne, blue, and gold) **Edit: and KStars. No vip tiles should be in the regular daily box for all players. Another words, vip members should be able to open two daily boxes (1 vip, 1 regular). Iām sure more players will be willing to sign up for vip membership.
I like the idea of separating daily boxes for VIP members. Mainly because my boxes always have VIP tiles in them, even though I'm not even VIP š I think I've only completed 3 or 4 partnerships, since I hardly ever get tiles I can use.
Those are actually really great odds @MollyMonroe! That or Iām just extremely unlucky. Iāve only won stars twice and Iām maxed out on the achievement. I just went 36 spins since this reminded me I havenāt in a while and finally got energy on the 34th so thatās something... lol.Ā

So, I have this issue with daily video since the update. I asked news twice and nothing. I told kalinda about my problem and nothing. I sent a private message to kalinda asking for news and nothing. Now, can I have some news or I'll be ignored again? @KalindaKing@eggsandbananas
I'm not vipĀ but I have only had dye in 3 of my daily box pallets since it was introduced, (and only picked it once) and I would much prefer dye to 4 energy or 350 cash so I really wish glu would sort the odds out. And on the video issue, I still can't watch videos, at this point I'm lucky if I can get 1 Kstar a day which is extremely frustrating.
I too am still having video issues. I can watch one. Then all subsequent attempts go to the offers page.
PS - My daily box today was 7 tiles and 1 dye. Finally a dye but I didn't pick it.
PPS - Just to clarify, I am still advocating for separate VIP and daily boxes, like we had years ago at Christmas where you would open your regular daily box, AND a palette for christmas boxes. Why can't we do that with VIP? Would solve everyone's issues. The daily box would have dye, stars, energy, regular tiles, etc. (so no VIP tiles taking up space!). And the VIP box would have VIP tiles, stars, etc. They have already eliminated a lot of the value for VIP players, it would make sense to do something like this.Ā

@AliBryant after I watch 1 video, I too am taken to the other offers page, I take about 20 seconds to slowly scroll down the page scanning offers then I exit out, and can watch another video.Ā A little time consuming, but you still collect 5 each day.Ā Hope this helps.

My situation was not too bad as I watched 5 videos and only got 4 k-stars. I am not sure what ad it was but the screen was black with no audio and there a 30 seconds countdown on the top right corner. I think might be a faulty ad link ?

I'm having the same issue these days. I have the rapid recharge so only videos for kstars are missing. It's difficult not to think that all of this it's not intentional. @KalindaKing is the Team aware of this issue? It will be solved in the next update?

On the video issues, for everyone being taken straight to the offers page, try to leave the starshop open for a couple of minutes before clicking on anything. I too get taken straight to offers if I click get more stars straight away, but if I wait before clicking anything, it usually gives me the option to click watch a video. It's frustrating to have to wait but definitely better than no stars.Ā
Since taking Kalinda's advice and scattering my video watching throughout the day instead of trying to do all 5 in a row, I find I am not going straight to offers as much. However, I still experience the loss of 1 or 2 stars because tapping "counts" as a video, even though the video never plays.
